At Mamma & Amour, every garment is created with care, using the finest GOTS certified organic fabrics that uphold our promise of purity, comfort, and sustainability. Our Shipping Policy ensures a seamless, transparent, and eco-conscious delivery experience from our hands to yours.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We take great pride in ensuring every order is carefully prepared and dispatched promptly.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch Notification: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

  • Order Modifications: Once an order has been confirmed, modification of items, address, or payment mode will not be possible.

  • Delays: During peak seasons, festivals, or sales events, order processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We deliver across major cities and towns in India through trusted courier partners.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Updates will be shared once global delivery becomes available.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on courier partner performance, unforeseen circumstances, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000 within India.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹2,000.

  • COD Charges: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes with an additional service fee of ₹75.


5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your shipment via the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to our facility.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate and complete at checkout to avoid delays.

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of recipients may incur re-shipping charges.


7. Eco-Conscious Packaging

At Mamma & Amour, sustainability extends beyond our garments.

  • Orders are packaged using recyclable, minimal, and eco-friendly materials to reduce environmental impact.

  • We encourage customers to reuse or recycle packaging materials responsibly.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Mamma & Amour shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, courier delays, strikes, or government restrictions.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice that your package is damaged, opened, or tampered with upon delivery:

  1. Do not accept the package.

  2. Immediately inform our Customer Service Team with photographic evidence.

  3. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
