Refund policy

At Mamma & Amour, we are committed to providing garments crafted with integrity, utilizing the finest GOTS certified organic fabrics to ensure purity, comfort, and sustainability. Our policy is designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and environmentally conscious resolution should your purchase not meet your expectations.


1. Order Cancellation (Applicable in India)

Customers may cancel an order prior to dispatch by accessing the “My Orders” section of their account.

       A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days upon confirmation of cancellation.

       Important: Partial cancellations are not permitted; cancellations must apply to the entire order. Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under our Returns Policy.


2. Return Policy (No Exchanges Offered)

We operate on a returns only model to simplify our process and maintain inventory accuracy, meaning we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please return your original item for store credit and place a new order.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Eligible returns will receive store credit equivalent to the product's value (excluding delivery charges). This approach aligns with our circular, waste-conscious business model.

Conditions for Return Eligibility:

To be accepted, returned items must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

       Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.

       All original packaging, tags,labels with original invoice must be present.

       The product must be free from stains, perfume, pet hair, or any contaminants to uphold our GOTS certification standards.

Products failing to meet these criteria may be rejected or incur a cleaning/restocking fee deducted from the issued credit.


 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Despite stringent quality control, we acknowledge that issues can occasionally arise. In the event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund, inclusive of delivery charges.

 

Resolution Process:

  1. Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  2. Notification: Notify us of any defects, missing, or incorrect items within 72 hours of receiving the order.
  3. Documentation: Share clear photographic or video evidence of the issue, along with your order details, via email at mammaandamourcareforyou@gmail.com or phone at +91 95440 58885.
  4. Refund: Once verified, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit valid for 12 months will be issued instead.

4. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact: Email our Customer Care Team at help@mammaandamour.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include supporting images if necessary.
  2. Approval & Dispatch: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Form and detailed dispatch instructions.
  3. Shipment: Securely package the item in its original packaging and dispatch it to the address provided.
  4. Credit Issuance: Following inspection and acceptance of the returned item, a store credit will be issued within 10–15 business days.

Key Shipment Notes:

       Return Shipping: Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

       Liability: Mamma & Amour is not liable for products lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a traceable courier service and retaining proof of dispatch.

       Pickup Service: For areas with available pickup service, returns are typically collected within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays). We appreciate your patience regarding any unforeseen logistics delays.


5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are designated as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

       Innerwear and sleepwear

       Personal care items

       Toys and accessories

       Customized or personalized products

       Sale or promotional items

       Baby food or consumable products

We advise customers to review their selections carefully before finalizing a purchase.


6. Store Credit and General Terms

       Store Credit Validity: Store credits issued for eligible returns are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are redeemable exclusively on our official website.

       Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.

       Policy Adherence: Return requests submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
